Hub City Triathlon Club moves to Westwood Lake for the Summer. Swim clinics will wind down in May as the lake temperature rises.

We will be doing scheduled swims Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 6 am.There will also be a group swimming Monday and Friday evenings at 6 pm. Additional swims may be organized through our Facebook page.

Swim/run bricks will be held on Friday mornings at 6 am at Westwood until the Sooke race. These involve repeats of 500 m swims at race pace and negative split runs of 1600 m. Quick transitiions are necessary so no wetsuits are called for and quick tie shoes. These bricks will help the run from the water to transistion in a race.
